A PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) mat delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses through coils embedded across the mat while you lie on it. LiveWell mats layer this with far infrared warmth, natural gemstones and, on most models, 660 nm red light, so one 20-minute session combines several wellness technologies at once.

Most clients begin with 20 to 30 minutes. Start at a comfortable PEMF and heat setting, then adjust gradually over your first two weeks. The controller has a session timer so you can lie down and let it run.

Light, breathable clothing works best. For higher heat settings, a thin layer between you and the gemstones is comfortable; many clients lay a cotton sheet over the mat. Remove metal jewelry and keep phones off the surface.
