A PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) mat delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses through coils embedded across the mat while you lie on it. LiveWell mats layer this with far infrared warmth, natural gemstones and, on most models, 660 nm red light, so one 20-minute session combines several wellness technologies at once.
