Return & Refund Policy Last updated: April 2026 LiveWell Earth stands behind every formulation we produce. Our products are physician-engineered and manufactured under strict GMP standards. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Opened Products Due to the nature of dietary supplements and the strict quality standards we maintain, opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund. This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product in our supply chain and ensure every customer receives a sealed, uncompromised formulation. Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@livewellearth.com. Include your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. How to Initiate a Return Email support@livewellearth.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return shipping address and instructions within 1-2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: gift cards, items purchased during clearance or final sale events, and any product that has been opened or had its seal broken. Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
