First 30 days
skin usually takes one to two weeks to settle after switching away from a conventional antiperspirant, so give the first fortnight to the change and read the glide and the finish from week three.
Days 30 to 60
with daily use the routine settles, and by now you know whether the balm suits your skin, with no fragrance in the way.
Day 60 and on
this is a daily habit rather than a course. One stick runs about three months at normal use.
