We stand behind every LiveWell Earth product. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Conditions

Items should be in their original packaging. Supplements that have been opened may still be returned within the 90-day window. Wellness devices must be returned in original condition with all accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact hello@livewellearth.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send a return label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? Contact us and we'll process the exchange at no additional shipping cost within 90 days.

Shipping

Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States. Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout.
